Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns for new, unopened items within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items returned must be in their original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if they have been opened or used:
- E-Liquids
- Atomizers (such as RDAs & Tanks)
- Disposable Vapes
- Replacement Pods & Coils (if the tamper seal is broken)
- Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
- Rechargeable Batteries
- Products with special seals, such as E-Liquid bottle caps or tamper-proof packaging, cannot be returned once opened.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at vshopbd01@gmail.com or 01777267020 within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide the following details:

- Order number
- Phone number
- Reason for the return
Approval of Returns
Once we receive your return request, we will assess the eligibility and notify you of the approval or rejection of the return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item(s).
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or store credit.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
- If you paid using a prepaid card or if the original payment method is no longer active, we are not responsible for issuing refunds to that card.

Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
- Hardware devices purchased directly from V Shop BD come with a 14-day limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- If your product has a defect or issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at vshopbd01@gmail.com to initiate the warranty process.
Warranty Exclusions
- The following items are not covered by our warranty:
- Atomizers (such as RDAs & Tanks)

Warranty Claims
- To be eligible for warranty service, you must initiate a return by contacting us within 14 days of the original delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
- V Shop BD reserves the right to inspect the product before providing a replacement, repair, or refund.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
- If any item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund, replacement, or exchange. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
