Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
Returns Policy
We accept returns of new, unopened items purchased on our website for a refund or store credit within 2 days of delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original shipping address.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and sanitary reasons, the following items are non-returnable if opened or used:
- E-Liquids
- Atomizers (such as RDAs & Tanks)
- Disposable Vapes
- Replacement Pods & Coils (if tamper seal is broken)
- Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
- Rechargeable Batteries
Products with special seals, like E-Liquid bottle caps or tamper-proof packaging, cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Warranty Service
Hardware devices purchased directly from our website come with a 14-Day Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery. You may also contact manufacturers directly for extended warranty periods.
Exclusions from 14-Day Warranty
The following products are not covered by our 14-Day Warranty:
- Atomizers (such as RDAs & Tanks)
- Disposable Vapes
- Replacement Pods & Coils
- Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
- Rechargeable Batteries
- E-Liquids
Warranty Eligibility
To be eligible for warranty service, you must initiate a return by contacting us at vshopbd01@gmail.com within 14 days of the original delivery. Our warranty excludes coverage for damage due to accidents, misuse, disassembly, or user error. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered by this warranty.
Some manufacturers may require the warranty card included in the product’s package for warranty service. Please keep all packaging materials until you’re certain there are no issues.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
All “Dead on Arrival” (DOA), damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them and notify us promptly of any issues. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.
Loyalty Cashback
Our customers earn 4% Loyalty Rewards on every purchase.
The Loyalty Cash earned has no expiration date.
Additional Information
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have questions about compatibility, please research or contact us before placing your order. Returns due to incompatibility will not be accepted.
To request a refund, replacement, or exchange, contact our returns department at vshopbd01@gmail.com. Provide your full name, order number, phone number, and reasons for the return. We may ask for photo or video evidence of the issue. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Replacements will be processed after we receive the returned item.
Note: Atomizers, tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, pod systems, and starter kits purchased from us are intended solely for use with e-liquids and nicotine salts.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer replacements for defective items; instead, a credit will be issued to your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. We are not responsible for refunds to a prepaid card or canceled card if the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
